Seita is a 14 year-old boy from Kobe, Japan
caught in the aftermath of the firebombings of WWII. Separated
from his father, a Japanese Naval officer, and his loving
mother, Seita must try and survive with his little sister
Setsuko in the unforgiving wasteland of Japan in 1945. Through
all adversity, Seita struggles to keep hope alive and find
salvation.
