Shipping Info

While we ask for you to please allow 2-6 weeks for normal delivery, it will almost certainly be closer to 2 than 6 weeks, but we like to err on the side of caution.

Please make sure that there is someone at the address we are shipping your order to who can sign for your package. If someone will not be available at your home, consider having the package shipped to your work address (please include your company name on your order). If your package is returned to us, we will charge an additional shipping fee to resend it.

All pre-pack items are counted as a single item for shipping costs.

Express Shipments
Express shipping means that, if you order by credit card and we’ve got the item in stock (even more likely now), you will receive it in very short order. However, if it’s out of stock (either here or from the manufacturer), then you’ll have to wait for it regardless of the shipping method you choose. Express shipped items are shipped via Priority Mail and typically arrive at least one week sooner than standard shipping.


Backordered items usually take an average of 10-14 business days. If it is an extremely popular item, or it is an imported item, it may take longer.

International Customers
International shipments are sent via mail.

Additionally, if you are an international customer ordering Adult products, please take a moment to make sure you are in compliance with all custom regulations. Some countries do not allow importation of adult items while others have special instructions for the importation of these types of materials. Shipping companies may charge a fee for delivering your package to a foreign country. Such fees and customs duties are not included in our shipping price, and are your responsibility. We will not be responsible for seized shipments, and cannot provide refunds for seized products. Please check to make sure you are in compliance with all local laws if you are ordering an adult product(s).

  • Normal- $4 for first + $1 each additional item. Shipped via USPS Media Mail.. Typical delivery time is 7-14 days.
  • Express - $9 for first + $2 each additional item. Shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Typical delivery time is 2-5 days.

Canada Shipping Options

  • USPS Mail - $7 for first + $2 each additional item. Shipped via USPS Mail. Typical delivery time is 1-2 weeks due to customs.
